1-request for approval to declare social entities
2-preliminary approval of the local authority within whose geographical scope of the social entity is located
3-A copy of the draft statute of the social institution approved by the founding members and a summary thereof.
4. A copy of the minutes of the meeting approved by the founding members.
5. Minutes of the meeting of the Interim Committee.
6. The decision of the temporary committee to authorize one of its members to submit declaration documents.
7. Founding Members Data Form.
8. Copies of Emirates ID card, passport and personal photos of founding members.
9. Proof of residence of the founding member in the UAE for a period of not less than 3 Gregorian years (for non-holders of the UAE citizenship).
10. A letter of recommendation from (2) of the founding members (for non-holders of the UAE citizenship).
11. Request an exception for the number of founders if the number is less than 20 members.
