In line with the Federal Government Strategy 2021, which aims at achieving a decent and a happy life for the UAE society and ensuring the provision of sustainable and high quality social services, in a developed and innovative manner, to the beneficiaries of social assistance, enhancing the strategic partnership between the federal and local government authorities to improve the services provided to UAE society.
The Ministry of Community Development and Ras Al Khaimah Courts signed a memorandum of understanding that aims at integrating the services between both authorities to achieve their strategic objectives by electronic interconnection, exchange of data, completion of procedures relating to the work of both authorities and completion of services electronically to save time and effort of the beneficiaries of these services.
The memorandum of service integration, signed by H.E. Sana Suhail, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Community Development and H.E. Dr. Saif Ali Bokhattamin Al Suwaidi, Director General of Ras Al Khaimah Courts, is in line with the Ministry's objectives in terms of the policies of electronic interconnection, exchange of experiences and development of services supporting the community development.
The Ministry seeks, through the memorandum for integration, to support the Emirati family by effective initiatives and projects that promote its transition from social care to social development and support the sustainability of services provided to the beneficiaries in an innovative, easy and fast-forward way.
Pertaining to signing of the agreement, H.E. Sana Suhail, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Community Development, said "the memorandum of service integration between the Ministry and Ras Al Khaimah Courts is in line with the orientation of UAE Government, enhancement of the integration and consolidation of efforts and roles between all government authorities and expansion of the mutual cooperation fields, as both the Ministry and Ras Al Khaimah Courts have a developed an integrated and clear approach to enhance the integration of services between both entities, facilitate and speed-up the procedures."
Dr. Saif Ali Bokhattamin Al Suwaidi, Director General of Ras Al Khaimah Courts, stressed that signing of this agreement is a part of its strategic plan to enhance cooperation and integration with partners, and one of the Department's efforts towards the electronic and smart transformation to provide excellent services, which achieve the satisfaction and happiness of beneficiaries, as the electronic interconnection between both authorities, electronic exchange of data and files and completion of procedures in joint processes will be carried-out electronically, which will contribute to the speed of service delivery and saving times, efforts and costs.
