The Target Audience

Non-Government People of Determination Care & Rehabilitation Centers
Documents Required
- Copy of the center's license issued by the Ministry of Community Development
- Copy of the lease contract
- Copy of the center's license issued by the Department of Economic Development
- Copy of the center's license issued by the Civil Defense Department
- Center data statement
- Note: - In the event that the staff allocated for licensed services is not available, the service will be canceled immediately upon renewal (for individual sessions)
- Pay renewal fees and the fines (if any)

Receiving the renewal application and checking all the required data and documents.
In case the requirements are completed, a memorandum is prepared for the Legal Affairs Department to issue a ministerial decision approving.
In the absence of deficiencies, the re-application will be sent to the customer to complete the deficiencies
Preparing a memorandum to the Legal Affairs Department to issue an administrative decision for approval.
Preparing a draft administrative decision to renew the center's license. Issuing the decision and approving the renewal of the license.
Documenting the decision reference number and sending it to the Private Institutions Section.
