This service enables the concerned person to apply for renewal of a license at a family counseling center

The Target Audience
UAE nationals who have a bachelor's degree in the following scientific disciplines: Bachelor of Special Education, Psychology, Counseling and Psychological Health, Sociology, Social Service or any of the family specialties related to family affairs.

Documents Required
1. Fill out the family counseling center license renewal form
2. Copies of passport, family book and Emirates ID card of the license holder
3.Last license issued by the Ministry (original copy) cancellation
4.Annual report on the achievements of the center
5.Copy of the license of the prevention and safety conditions of the Civil Defense
6.Copy of the lease contract
7.Copy of the last professional license issued by the Economic Department.
8.Renewal fees of AED 2500 (through the approved payment mechanism of the Ministry)

Steps to implement the service
- Submit the request via website or smart device
- The customer will receive an e-mail and message (if he has an account) when applying and when the status of the application changes.
- The Family Development Department employees will process the request and then validate the data provided. If complete information is not provided, the application will be rejected.
- After verifying the data, a site survey will be conducted to ensure the quality of the facility. his survey may be repeated if there is a need to repair the faults.
- After completing the survey, The applicant will be required to submit the initial and final documents.
- The license will be issued for the applicant

Service Conditions and Requirements
- Valid license of at least 60 days
- Fill out the family counseling center license renewal form
- Annual report on the achievements of the center
- Approved license for the conditions of prevention and safety of civil defense
- The lease contract valid for one year
- A valid professional license issued by the Economic Department.
