Documents Required

The license application is approved by the applicant and is carried out in 3 stages, namely:

• First Stage:

1. Passport copy
2. Copy of the family book (for UAE citizens)
3. Copy of Emirates ID card
4. Copy of academic qualifications
5. Personal photo.
6. Clean criminal record certificate
7. acknowledgement document.

•  Second Stage:

1. Copy of the "sketch" plan of the institution's website (a copy of the plot map)
2. Location number (makani) / location coordinates (if applicable)
3. Copy of the building plan showing the dimensions and sizes of rooms, halls, corridors and sanitary facilities.

•  Third Stage

1. Data of the center’s director and his academic qualifications
2. Copy of experience certificates
3. Copy of the title deed in case the building is owned by the license applicant or a copy of the lease contract
4. Copy of Department of Economic Development license
5. Copy of Civil Defense Department license.
