For the second year in a row, Jawhara Jewelry continues to promote the concept of social responsibility, and support marketing partnership with the Ministry of Community Development through “Qelada" project in exhibitions which the company's products are displayed. The announcement of “Qelada” marketing outlet for marks the milestone of selling them in "Jawhara" jewelry products.
The launch ceremony was attended by Excellency Hessa Abdul Rahman Tahlak, Assistant Undersecretary of Social Development at the Ministry of Community Development, Excellency Mohamed Tamjid Abdullah, Deputy CEO of Jawhara Jewellery, and a number of officials from both sides, at Jawhara store in Dubai Festival City.
The first edition of the collection includes: a set of elegant jewelry containing (4) different set designs each one includes (3) pieces of jewelry (bracelets, earrings, necklaces) available in a variety of three different colors.
Qelada project is characterized by innovation and sustainability, and supports the development and empowerment of girls of determination capabilities. The participants work to form colored stones from the scraps of coins provided by the UAE Central Bank to form distinct pieces of jewelry under the supervision of jewelry designers and jewelers to meet everyone's taste displayed in selected outlets across the UAE.
The Ministry of Community Development stressed the importance of these partnerships, as an important step towards achieving the concept of inclusion and comprehensive empowerment of people of determination, within the framework of benefiting from the efforts and initiatives of the private sector, to support the process of social development in the country.
