The Ministry of Community Development, in collaboration with 'Bulgari' luxury brand, organized two remote training workshops targeting the people of determination staff and their trainers as part of the ministry's efforts to develop the skills and professional abilities of the people of determination and help them support their job stability and progress in work environments.

Wafa Hamad bin Sulaiman, Director of Welfare & Rehabilitation Department for People of Determination, emphasized that these training workshops are part of the national policy to empower the people of determination through the pillar vocational rehabilitation and employment to achieve the empowerment of people of determination in various cultural and social activities and promote the skills of the people of determination job seekers or staff. She added that the first workshop for female students aimed to train them remotely on a range of technical skills related to the nature of their work in terms of mixing colors and selection, how to promote products according to customers' needs, decorations and different artistic designs and how to develop creative designs that would make a variety of choices for customers.
Wafa Bin Sulaiman elaborated that the public life, culture and sports pillar in the national policy for empowering people of determination ensures the inclusion of people of determination into various cultural, sports and social activities through various competitions and awareness programs; therefore, all the workshops are organized to achieve this goal.
The second workshop targeted vocational training workshops for trainers who directly work with girls of determination to develop the skills of the girls and at the same time improve the quality of products according to the needs of customers, in addition to marketing methods and communication with the public to achieve the maximum financial benefit for the girls of determination after selling their products.
It is worth mentioning to know that “Mashagel” project is one of the supported employment projects launched by the Ministry of Community Development to provide people of determination opportunities to work remotely, through the launch of their individual projects and marketing their products in outlets provided by the Ministry, including electronic selling platforms for the purpose of achieving great success and encouraging the people of determination especially intellectual categories to work in this projects remotely.
