Site Structure:

The MOCD follows the standards of the World Wide Web in the design of the site, defining the overall look and feel of it, making it easier to browse and facilitating access to information and services.

Reading of Texts:

This website provides text reading for people who are visually impaired or have trouble reading texts on the screen. To turn on this feature, click the "Listen to this page" link at the top right of the page.

Zoom Screen:

If you find it difficult to read text and view images, you can use the Zoom option to maximize the page in the page header and then choose Maximize and adjust the page size according to your need.

Change the Text Font:

If you have difficulty reading texts on the computer screen, you can enlarge or reduce the size of your font by pressing the icon (A+) or (A) at the top right of the page.

Change the Colors:

If you find it difficult to read text with some background color combinations, such as white text on a black background, you can change the background colors of the color change pane in the page header.
